Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Attaxium REDAI (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Authorized Use Only
Attaxium REDAI is a security training platform. All lab targets are deliberately vulnerable and intended for authorized learning. Using techniques learned here against systems without explicit permission is illegal and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3. Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. Sharing lab access with unauthorized parties may result in immediate account termination.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the lab for cryptocurrency mining; attempt to escape sandbox containers; abuse the lab infrastructure for denial of service; or use the Service to harm third parties. See our Acceptable Use Policy for detail.
5. Intellectual Property
All course content, lab scenarios, and tooling are the intellectual property of Attaxium. Redistribution or rehosting of lab content is prohibited without written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranty. Attaxium is not liable for damages arising from your use of the Service or the techniques taught.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violation of these Terms or Acceptable Use Policy.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Attaxium operates.
